God is Mending Lives

The Bible says, “A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out, till he leads justice to victory” (Matthew 12:20).
Mending lives, He takes our broken relationship with Him and restores it. Calling us back to fellowship in prayer, our brokenness caused by unrepentant sin, thank you, Jesus, nice to be with you again.
Without God I am:
Mending things, that wear out, and ultimately I throw it out. Nothing lasts forever, all things have a time and place, just like me, then gone forever - my eternal purpose exists – for whatever.
With God I am:
Mending things, in people’s lives, because we are in this together, we help make it better, loving saint and sinner as we go.
Right Choices:
Mending is something mothers in days gone by would do endlessly because buying new was not possible. We have this one life, precious as it is and worn, it needs mending (see Lamentations 5:21).
